Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Logo Studio AI collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the app and related services.
Effective date: April 15, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Logo Studio AI iOS app and related backend services used to authenticate users, generate logos, store logo assets, manage subscriptions, and support app operations.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide in the app
- Brand names, prompts, style selections, and other text you enter to generate logos.
- Reference images or other image files you choose to upload for generation or editing features.
- Logos you generate, save, mark as favorite, edit, print, or share through the app.
- Feedback you voluntarily submit inside the app, such as low-rating feedback text.
2.2 Account and device-related information
- An anonymous account identifier created by our backend so the app can function without requiring a traditional sign-up flow.
- A persistent app-specific device identifier stored locally in the iOS Keychain and used to restore an anonymous account after reinstall, where supported by the system.
- Your iOS vendor identifier (IDFV) sent during anonymous authentication to help maintain service continuity and reduce duplicate anonymous accounts.
- Authentication tokens and session data needed to keep you signed in to the service.
2.3 Purchase and subscription information
- Apple in-app purchase transaction data required to validate subscriptions or consumable purchases.
- Subscription status, subscription expiration time, selected plan, purchase records, and credits balance maintained by our backend.
2.4 Photos and media access
- If you choose to import a photo, the app accesses selected photos from your photo library.
- If you choose to save a generated logo, the app requests permission to add the logo to your photo library.
2.5 Analytics, diagnostics, and advertising-related data
- App interaction events, such as splash views, guide views, paywall views, button clicks, generation events, save events, share events, and subscription events.
- Crash, error, and diagnostic information used to identify service issues and app stability problems.
- If you grant App Tracking Transparency permission, the app may access the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA) and may enable advertiser identifier collection for supported analytics and advertising measurement.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide app features, including anonymous sign-in, logo generation, editing, exporting, saving, printing, sharing, and favorites.
- Process your prompts and selected reference images to create logo results.
- Store generated logos and uploaded reference images so they can be displayed, downloaded, reused, or managed in the app.
- Verify purchases and subscriptions, deliver paid access, and manage credits.
- Maintain account continuity, including restoration of anonymous service access on the same device context where available.
- Measure app usage, improve product performance, troubleshoot failures, and prevent abuse or misuse.
- Support attribution, advertising effectiveness measurement, and related analytics if tracking permission is granted by you.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. How Information Is Shared
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers and partners only as needed to operate the app and services.
- Supabase: used for authentication, database, and app backend functions.
- Cloudflare R2 or equivalent object storage: used to store uploaded reference images and generated image assets.
- Image generation provider: prompts and, if you upload one, your reference image may be sent to our image generation provider to create logo results.
- Apple: used for in-app purchases, subscription verification, and payment-related platform processing.
- Firebase: used for analytics and crash diagnostics.
- Facebook SDK / Meta: used for app event measurement, analytics, and advertising-related attribution where applicable and permitted.
We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.
5. Tracking and Advertising
The app requests App Tracking Transparency permission on iOS. If you do not grant permission, the app should not use IDFA-based tracking for advertising measurement. Your choice may affect how advertising effectiveness or attribution is measured, but core app functionality is not dependent on granting tracking permission.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, provide access to generated content, maintain anonymous account continuity, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, system requirements, and operational needs.
7. Your Choices
- You can decide whether to upload reference images or provide optional prompt content.
- You can deny photo library permissions, although some import or save functions may then be unavailable.
- You can deny tracking permission in iOS settings.
- You can stop using the app at any time.
Because this app currently uses anonymous authentication, certain account deletion or access workflows may require additional verification before action can be taken.
8. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us.
9. International Processing
Your information may be processed and stored in countries or regions other than your own, depending on the locations of our infrastructure providers and service partners.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date above and may provide additional notice inside the app or through other appropriate means.
